L’examen de quelques questions spéciales relatives à l’indemnisation des préjudices résultant du décès terminera cette analyse. De prime abord, il reste choquant que le préjudice résultant du décès fasse l’objet d’une indemnisation souvent plus réduite qu’en cas de lésions corporelles.
