About the Author
Leopold S. Vansina is Professor Emeritus at the Catholic University of Leuven and Université de Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium. He worked as an organization consultant at the International Institute for Organisational and Social Development (IOD. Leuven), which he founded and directed for twenty-five years. He now heads the Professional Development Institute, Ltd.

Impressive insight in the systemic-psychodynamic perspective, the most important discipline for leaders and managers

Again Vansina and his colleagues give an impressive insight in one of the most important disciplines of people working in organizations that of the systemic-psychodynamic perspective. Not how to do tools but a way of looking to us in organizations which brings us much farther and deeper and will help the world to be a more richer and realistic place to be.
